ImageHarpenden Common Golf Club is situated north of St. Albans on the A1081 and in close proximity to Junction 9 of the M1. 

Golf has been played on the Common since 1894 and the Harpenden Common Golf Club was founded in 1931 as a private members' club.The course is easy to walk and is a wonderful mixture of mature trees and gorse. 

The club has a well deserved reputation for being one of the most friendly in Hertfordshire and we offer a warm welcome to members, visitors societies and corporate clients.  Whatever level of golf you want, you will find it here along with a full and varied social calendar.  We have a very active membership, competitive and friendly golf takes place every day of the week.

Our facilities boast a spacious Clubhouse with Bar and restaurant, modern changing rooms and well-stocked Pro-shop.  The last 10 years has seen the club invest over £1.5 million in re-development, creating 7 new holes, building a greens storage facility and a new locker room building with professional shop and administration offices included.  Our Professional is available for tuition for those who want to get more out of their game.  A full range of membership packages is available, for more details please contact anyone in the office.
